Introducing Nailpolish đź’… by @oyc.id.au & @jw-tan.bsky.social. It deduplicates long-reads with UMIs via consensus calling to cut errors, shorturl.at/F9pV6. It works reference-free i.e. pre-alignment and is written in rust for speed. Applicable to any long-read experiment with UMIs. Feedback welcome!
