From the shore this time, Trwyn Du Lighthouse, also known as Penmon Lighthouse, & Puffin Island. Plus, these 2 stayed in The Bull's Head Inn, Beaumaris.... As ever, took me a couple of days to calm down a bit. But, as always, Wales charms & beguiles, & you eventually open up to the wonderful.
Penmon Priory, & St. Seiriol's well. Why, yes, he is the patron saint of Corn Flakes. What a serene spot.

Did rather well today, 10 lps & 10 singles for £40. One highlight is George's smoothtastic "In Flight", most famous for his take on "Nature Boy", closing track "Everything Must Change" is a splendid loungeprog mutant of a thing.
Back in the music room on Thursday.... For now, thoroughly enjoying Earth Tongue's new one. Scuzzy heavy psych from New Zealand.

Life was laid out ahead of us all, as we sank into those luscious and wonderfully absurd water beds of music. "The innocent and the beautiful have no enemy but time" - Yeats.
Eldest was wearing a DSOTM prism tee yesterday & was stopped by a guy who complimented him on his choice of apparel. He proceeded to show him his prism tattoo on his right calf. My "calf side of the moo" got no giggles. Not even a chortle.

Good morning all, been listening to a couple of new tracks from Johnny Marr's new album, due out in October. Both ace. Reacquainting myself with 2003's "Boomslang", it got quite the kicking at the time. I like the woozy Madchester sounds, fwiw.
