Yes. My grandfather died 2 months before my son was born. He visited me the night my son's mother went into labor. I felt a hand shake my shoulder to wake me up. I opened my eyes and there he was just a clear a day. He told me that it was time. My bm called 1 minute later and said her water broke.

Up until meeting my husband three years ago, I didn't know what giving myself grace looked it. I used to show up for everyone but myself. He's taught me a lot about self love and I'm forever grateful 🥹
