Today I learned that accepting environment destroying data centers and black people using water fountains is exactly the same.

I'm seeing more and more food trucks and new restaurants using AI images of their food for menus, posters and banners. There's a few problems here...
Surprised I forgot to post this yesterday given that it's the best thing I've ever made.
Imagine living in a country where the lettuce can kill you and thinking your government is on top of things.
Oh my god I am so ready for this movie.

We went out for dinner at Storasyster Mastio. Sgabei: bread fried in olive oil, served with salami, herb oil and La Tur cheese from Piedmont. And the Loco Pizza: crème fraîche, Fontina, roasted scallions, pico de gallo, crushed fried pork rinds & cilantro.
Went to a job interview for a game designer role. When I arrived I was ushered into a meeting room where potential publishers for a game were waiting, I was introduced as the game designer and I could answer their questions. I bluffed my way with answers for a game I knew absolutely nothing about.
what are some absurd work situations you can share? once i got called into a meeting i had nothing to do with because the consultant brought an engineer and no one in the room could understand him, so they asked me to translate. he was scouse. i translated from english to english.
A spot in Avilés where an old building is now gone. Because these buildings are designed to press up against each other bracings are needed to support the adjacent buildings.
This is my usual spot on the sofa. Iggy has maybe been there a bit while I was away.
Final night in Avilés we just had bar snacks. Torreznos (crispy pork belly), squid ink croquetas, wagyu beef and morcilla (blood sausage).
Wine bar snacks. Tortilla full of chorizo and pimenton. Cabrales, the bluest cheese I've ever had.
So at 2am last night I encountered this. No idea but happy to be there. Sound on.
I give zero fucks about the Odyssey movie. I give zero fucks about Nolan, the casting or the historical accuracy. I'll skip the movie because I want new, original stories. Bored of retellings and franchises. Y'all are bickering about the most boring shit imaginable.
Yesterday's lunch. Octopus and onions cooked in cider with chips and eggs, torreznos (crispy pork belly) with spicy root veggie mash and a cachopo (big-ass breaded veal stuffed with ham and cheese.
Dinner! Callos (tripe), scallops, picadillo de chorizo and the house salad (greens, tomatoes, figs, raisins, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese and fried Serrano ham. Spectacular food at one of my favourite traditional restaurants in Avilés.
My read of how the locals here viewed the World Cup scenarios: Beating England would be incredibly satisfying. Losing to England would be a huge embarrassment. Beating Argentina would be awesome. Losing to Argentina would hurt, but not as bad as losing to England.
So I'm in Spain during FIFA. All the bars are full at night, watching the games. The city was pretty loud when Spain won. But I'll be back in Sweden by the time of the final. Too bad I can't stay for an extra night.
Dinner! Albondigas, artichokes con jamón, prawn carpaccio and cachopo (veal stuffed with ham, cheese, liver and topped with fried jamón Serrano).
Lunch! Grilled octopus and potatoes, salad of potatoes, eggs, tuna, octopus and scallops, raxo (marinated pork shoulder) and Asturian creole sausage. Everything smothered in pimenton.
Iggy has been very anxious the past few days. Cats are very sensitive critters who pick up on everything and they know when something is up.
