Ok for context: I’m bipolar, a few years ago I wasn’t doing therapy at the time and during manic episodes I can get really restless and anxious so I play with stress toys and sometimes I get a little aggressive with them and start to rip and tear them to cope when squeezing wasn’t enough anymore
