Protecting your peace is getting harder, so you have to get good at doing it. This means: Recognising who doesn't give you joy back "That's good for you, but not for me" You will anger people because of the above. That's ok Good friends will be like "That's ok" and let you be.
Started journaling a bit last night and found myself pondering about joy. Realized that I need to stop looking outside myself for joy, and stop letting the world around me steal my joy. Huh...deep thoughts.
