It looks like Discord is rolling out soundmojis again, with a new format & visuals (currently out to 10% of users). Currently, sound names DO bypass automod. You can account for this by blocking all soundmoji from being sent with this regex: <sound:([0-9]{17,19}:[0-9]{17,19}|[1-6])>

No, discord's email system isn't compromised. People can submit support requests on your behalf, anyone can spoof discord emails (your provider should mark them as spam). Last xss I saw was server pages & was fixed ages ago. Obviously be careful, but this is just a chain mail.
