Today I have been focused on the national debt and how it is growing unchecked. It’s hard to imagine. What if dollars were seconds? It takes 86,000 seconds for one day to go by; 11.63 days for one million seconds; 31.8 years for one billion seconds; and 31,836 years for one trillion. Times 38 plus!

Watching the opening ceremony of the Obama Presidential Center with tears of gratitude and grief for what we are enduring now. Love being reminded that we have power and we can have hope again. So proud of the example that both President Obama and his lovely wife have been and are for all of us.
