The lore timeline of this piece is a few weeks? After Raphael revealed Raksha that he's a Cambion. As of now they still haven't got their wings back. In their head it doesn't count as sin if it's non-penetrative/if they don't come btw. You can imagine how happy Raphy is about it (he's not). :^)
