Lots of respect to everyone in this picture but signs and silence won’t cut it. This kind of passive protest pales in comparison to what Al Green bravely did tonight.

If Democrats don’t wake the fuck up, there’s a really good chance of a Dem version of the tea party movement taking out a few incumbents in primaries next year. The base is *pissed* and wants fighters. A lot of Dem electeds are just sitting on their hands and doing nothing.

We need more air traffic controllers, not eugenics.
Republicans who vote to confirm Kash Patel may not realize it, but they are digging their own graves. If he is confirmed, he will open FBI investigations into any Republican in Congress who does not vote the way Trump wants them to. Patel is there as a vengeful enforcer, nothing more.
This press conference is absolutely insane, even by Trump standards. He’s presenting himself as an expert in everything from night vision technology to maritime recovery operations to air traffic control standards.
REPORTER: How can you be sure this was crash was the result of diversity? TRUMP: Because I have common sense.
This is exactly the kind of stable leadership the American people crave at 12:30 am during a possible mass casualty event.
