It’s worth noting that TikTok became more of a surveillance tool after the US intervened. That should unsettle people more than it does.

Crypto was built for freedom and voluntary exchange, not tribal politics. Cypherpunk means privacy, empowerment, and minimal trust. Somewhere along the way, sovereignty gave way to signaling. The revolution was personal, not political.
At some point we’ll admit the network is captured end to end and the only fix is to burn it down and start over, privacy-first.
