This movie took me completely by surprise. I was expecting some schlocky timewaster, and what I got was an intriguing and complex SF horror film I think about to this day, even though I saw it some 15 years ago. Really worth tracking down.

I do not possess eloquent enough vocabulary to fully describe how much I adore Darkman. It just may be my favourite superhero film of all time. Yes, I love it more than even Batman and Batman Returns. I have seen it dozens and dozens of times. I can say I was obsessed with it as a teenager.

I saw #CitizenVigilante, 2026. Right off the bat called "a racist action movie", but is it really that racist? If you factor in all the murders in it, most of the victims are white. The message is anti-migrant, that's correct. Most victims in it are locals though. It's about crime in general. 1/9
Just a friendly reminder that #ColdFear is a nice little #survivalhorror / #thirdpersonshooter game that got sadly sandwiched between #TheThing and #ResidentEvil4 and flopped horribly, but should nonetheless appeal to gamers who loved both. Please, get it when it's on a #GOG sale or something.
A very fun and silly slasher movie that just doesn't give a fuck about nonsense like good taste or common sense. Imaginative and gory kills all around. And that tagline is probably the best one in the history of marketing.

One of these days I need to finally play The Sinking City 1... Especially since I own the remaster, which I got for free for owning the original. And then prepare myself mentally for this supposed masterpiece of a sequel. I'm in for something special, I feel.

Both High Plains Drifter and Pale Rider are suberb western films, and that supernatural (?) edge only makes them better. HPD is obviously the better one, but both are great and absolutely classic.

I love it. One of my favourite horror films of all time. I have been a fan since late 80s/early 90s. First sequel is even better. The third one is so bad it's good. Laughable. The remake is rightly forgotten.

Along with The Monster Squad, and immortal classic of horror comedy. Basically as perfect as they come. Also, I'm one of those disgusting weirdos who actually prefer the theatrical ending. (Unlike Army of Darkness, I'm not so weird with that one.)
