Very sad to see that Stephen Ernest Cramer has passed. I was first in contact with him in the 90s, when he was publishing his "Gutless" fanzine. In fact, he did an email interview with me in the third issue (photos included). RIP, Stephen. Thank you for all you've done for others. You'll be missed.
