we all thought Twitter’s collapse would be swift and sudden like the fall of the Roman Empire but instead it’s been a steady, irreversible decay like the fall of the Roman Empire

Help me: I'll be moderating an issue panel on the role of patient preferences in economic evaluations at ISPOR Copenhagen in November. What should I ask the panel / the audience? #healthecon
Intro time! I'm a research fellow (remotely) with the Program on Regulation, Therapeutics, and Law at Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women's Hospital! My general area is health economics. Specifically: - economic evaluation (mostly the before/after) - drug prices/markets - climate change
The Health Economics Feed seems to be working. There just is not much activity (yet!). What you can do: 1) Subscribe: bsky.app/profile/did:... 2) Mention 'health economics' or '#healthecon' in a post if you want it to show up in the feed. 3) Share the feed with all your health econ colleagues.
Testing the Health Economics Feed: bsky.app/profile/did:... It should pick up any posts mentioning the words Health Economics, Health Econ, #healthecon, etc. I think I can also add certain accounts to the feed – any suggestions?
Decided to leave twitter/x for good. It's a shame that an asshole bought and ruined it. Got a lot of good input from it and had some nice interactions. Hope Blue Sky + federated network will soon be as good as Twitter was, and better! 🚀
just discovered Sky Follower Bridge, an app to find your twitter friends in bluesky. chrome.google.com/webstore/det... A LOT of parody accounts here. Still, very happy to have found @neildegrassetyson.com 🔭 Well done @kawamataryo.bsky.social , thank you very much 🥰

Thank you @kawamataryo.bsky.social for github.com/kawamataryo/...! Without this, I would feel quite lonely here...
