The lack of rest advantaged games is interesting for Toronto and Winnipeg. Both have 10 total where others look to be in the 15-20 range. Wonder if that's geographic or just coincidence

I think the Ducks are in big trouble despite the match. Carlsson is not going to live up to that contract and if the Ducks struggle he's going to receive a lot of criticism. His hitting UFA at 26 is going to be the elephant in the room.

I wonder if a team could use an offer sheet to ransom back their picks and get an extra asset out of it. It's risky if you're a rebuilding team but if you're a middle of the pack team you can probably still be comfortably ahead if someone calls your bluff

Also safe to assume the offer sheet is 54 of the 90 million in signing bonuses and front loaded as much as possible
