Happy pride πŸŒˆπŸ’– I feel like I spend most of the year thinking about how far we still have to go on lgbtqia+ rights. I like to take June to remember how far we've come πŸ’• how brave we've been πŸ’– and how determined we are. I hope you are able to find some comfort and pride today and every day πŸŒˆπŸ’•β­οΈ

One of the authors who had the biggest effect on my life was Shel Silverstein πŸ’• my great grandma, and I spent so many hours reading his books. I think we used to even have a signed one πŸ’•
