I tried watching Perfect Blue the other day and its such a tough watch. I really gotta revisit it. I used to handle films like that pretty well, Twin Peaks Fire Walk With Me, Requiem for a Dream all very enjoyable but very difficult to watch films. I dunno, as I get older I'm becoming more sensitive

I somehow managed to catch up on a lot of Ghibli films in the two weeks or so. Howl's Moving Castle was really, really good. I'm glad I went into these entirely blind. My favorite has to be Pom Poko! Granted, I was stoned when I watched all of them but Pom Poko is just incredible.
