Today we share a poem from @pen-tlrc.bsky.social read in Tudaga (Tebu/Teda), the language of the Toubou, an Indigenous people of the central Sahara living in northern Chad, Niger and southern Libya. Its alphabet, developed in 1998, is now taught in schools in southern Libya. youtu.be/xl7jaZKXJV0

This is such a wonderful, beautiful poem. Hearing the students who went into the mountains to join the resistance in Myanmar is fascinating. When the resistance capture soldiers, their strategy is to remove all their weapons and drive them safely back to their barracks.
