Is the excuse "the lag in my VM is making me type worse" the equivalent to me complaining that my N64 controller made me a worse Mario Cart player back when I was a kid? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ - but I sure do have a lot more typos...

@taggart-tech.com when you're hunting how much of your research is "gut feel" vs "empirical data"? For example: "that looks like more Teams usage than what feels right" vs "Teams logs have increased 164% from last week" (or insert other example...)
