Just driving through an urban area, an escooter undertook me, driving on a pavement, outside a primary school. Its a 20mph zone, so I was doing 15mph - I'd guess that escooter was doing 35mph+. I just emailed the police my dashcam video, but don't know why I bother .. Tick .. tick .. tick ..
