My daughter's latest: A skirt made of scraps. Worsted weight yarn 6.5mm hook for main body 6mm for the waistband tube 2 rows of hdc, folded in half 2 openings for white shoelace drawstring. A bunch of increases to make it ruffly in the first few rounds, then worked it straight down. #crochet

I made a skirt with my scraps. I collected a lot, tied it all together, and wound it into a big ball. I used worsted weight yarn and a 6.5mm hook for the main body of it, and I used a 6mm for the waistband tube. I did 2 rows of hdc, folded it in half, and made 2 openings for the white shoelace drawstring. I did a bunch of increases to make it ruffly in the first few rounds, then I just worked it straight down.
