"Oh no dont worry, I have plenty of mostly clean clothes. But thanks for the offer... Also I think your clothes might be just a tad big on me" Kitty would chuckle a little
"I'd more than love that Rogue, it'd help a lot" She kept smiling softly, before finally taking a bite out of the pancakes I front of her. Her face almost immediately lights up after tasting it "Mmm, oh my god these are so good..."
"Ugh..." She grimaced at the thought of her hair being anything like Logans "You're right, I should probably take a shower after this aswell. God knows how long its been since I actually took a proper one"
She'd grab her own hair, pulling it outwards so that she could have a look. Her other hand gripping Rogue's gently "Its not that bad.... For being in space for a few months its not that bad atleast..."
"Oh... I'm... I'm really sorry to hear that... That's gotta be tough on you..." Kitty would reach out her hand for Rogue to hold, just if she needed it "Well, I'm always here if you need to talk you know?" She flashed her a smile
"Oh yeah, that'd make sense..." Kitty would grab the plate, placing it down infront of her "These look good... But you just popped up? Huh... I swear I always miss out on the crazy stuff...."
Kitty blinked a few times, her brain still lagging a bit before she finally understood what she said "Wait you're not from this Earth??? Wait where's the rogue from this Earth then? Also why does crazy stuff happen when I'm not on the planet???"
"Thanks Rogue" Kitty would smile softly, as rested her head in her hand. Elbow propping her up on the table "So how have you been these past months? And what have I missed here on Earth?"
"Hmm..." She'd take a second to think, there certainly was a lot of choices to pick from. However only two things felt right "Chocolate and Blueberries, if we have them otherwise just one of them or neither is fine"
"Oh my god, yes. Its been way too long since ive had pancakes" Kitty smiled brightly upon hearing the offer, she probably wouldn't even care if some were burnt
Kitty would smile softly as she sat down in the chair, grabbing the painkillers and immediately popping them into her mouth "Heh... Honestly I'd love to eat something... After the stuff ive had to eat I wouldn't even have minded Jean's cooking..."
She follows her, remaining very close to her "Yea... I mean I do miss all that aswell every day I'm out there... But also, someone has to make sure even aliens are being protected you know? And I mean, it was supposed to be Peter's thing... But then he went and became a king or something...."
She happily grabs her hand, pulling herself up slowly "Yeah... Spending 3 months in space with a talking tree, a talking raccoon and a guy who takes everything literally will do this to you... And thats not even talking about taking over your ex's job aswell..."
She looks up at her, hair an absolute mess looking like she's somehow barely slept yet slept too long "Ugh.... My head hurts... Stupid damn raccoon flying the damn spaceship... Oh hey Rogue..."
