How hard do we think it would be to get Peter Capaldi to don the Malcolm Tucker guise and relentlessly browbeat establishment Dems until they give in and finally fight back?

They have been flipping the bird to the concepts of norms and fairness for decades and the democrats have done jack shit to fight back.
