I hope the AI bubble pops so that hard drive and RAM prices drop as a result. Few of us are retiring soon so another dotcom bubble bust can't be too bad considering the job market already sucks.

We call the best times & experiences "peak" with "downhill" meaning we're heading to worse times but going downhill in real life is easier than going uphill. All this to say: it's all downhill (or really uphill?) after a morning coffee poo.

AI ads in the grocery store be like "Visit h t t p s colon backslash backslash w w w dot Safeway dot com backslash pharmacy dot h t m l for more information!"

Taxes are complicated but claiming someone took a loss "for the write-off" rarely makes sense. A write-off only reduces taxable income. It doesn't make expenses free. If you lose $100 to save $25 on taxes, you're still down $75. (there are exceptions but they are incredibly rare)

Brunch is a scam and I will stand by this claim. Brunch entrees are typically marked up as much as 600% and drinks as much as 900%. It's cheaper and far more fun to host a brunch imo.

26 year old I met on Saturday is dating someone in their early fifties who looks like they're in their seventies. If the bf is lying and ends up being three times older instead of two times older, that's hilarious. Men are just too much tbh.

I hate that most solar installers seem to be high pressure scam companies. I refuse to use any company that does the whole 'sign today for x% discount!"

Of all organizers, white climate focused activists seem to be the most difficult to work with. Like please go throw some soup on a painting and leave me alone.

A lot of expense management systems allow vendors to choose to get paid by check, direct deposit, or virtual credit card and a lot of vendor choose credit card for some reason. It's very weird they would choose the one option that costs them money to process.
