That new what has the #bbc ever done for me ad ... I can't help but feel is lacklustre. Local radio snubbed, little light entertainment, a final line that is more rude than heartwarming and hosted by someone who is the Beeb's version of Ant n Dec - appearing on everything ever. Hoped for more.

A new silent conference solution from Congress Australia uses #Auracast to combat noisy event spaces. By streaming audio straight to headphones, hearing aids, and earbuds, it delivers multi-channel setups without the need for loudspeakers. #EventTech #Accessibility #LEAudio

Don’t keep this quiet! Congress Australia launches Auracast Silent Conference – Aurahear

Anyone who has been to a conference knows they can be noisy places: lots of overlapping conversations taking place all at the same time, making it hard to hear.

This is terribly unhelpful system. I can't log in from my phone or laptop; I can't remember the password. I can complete reset codes, try & link accounts and everything that suggests I am who I say I am, but without a log in - from the very machines I used for a/c creation - I'm stuffed.

Hive mind ... I need a favour. A very obscure favour. There's a Stu Francis-era episode of Crackerjack (CRACKERJACK!!!!) where he is asked to answer every question with 'Smelly socks'. I watched it on YouTube a while ago, and now I'm trying to find it and failing. Does anyone know where to look?

There will be lots of pitches for what #DoctorWho should be. Here's mine: an adventure in space and time. A mysterious man travels the universe in a blue box he can't control. He doesn't know where - or when - he will end up next, but he will have injustices to right, monsters to fight ...
