Learn creative coding with shaders and Three.js: http://fragments.supply ✨ Design engineer, creative coder & shader artist

I'm really curious about this - who out there is coding shaders with AI and having success with it? Any particular platforms or models you all use?

In this creative coding tool, it uses a node graph, but it's a little bit different to the way a shader graph usually works I still want the flexibility of writing code and it being the star of the show - but with some really powerful additions to superpower things Here's the Slate project ✨

Spending a bit more time working on this creative tool pipeline. Adding some chromatic aberration to this raymarched TSL shader Really coming along now - finally starting to get excited again about making things 🙏

I've been writing custom shaders for a really long time with an - admittedly - pretty brittle setup. So, I decided to create a different kind of creative coding tool. It's really early on but already feels amazing! I should release it some day 🙏 What tools have you made to help your process?

A lot of people have asked me how these things are made and where to get started. I made a course that goes into it all! This chaotic raymarching shader was made with TSL and threejs ✨ Check it out at fragments.supply and maybe use this code for 10% off: ZUD58MN7

Not to be the vaguepost king, but I just had to do some _genuinely_ horrendous things to make my way past a lethal performance issue with threejs. I'm pretty sure it was a me problem but holy cow, the hack patterns 🫠

With that, the launch of Season 2 of Fragments is officially done! Here's what I learned: ⚡️ 3 weeks goes by like a flash 🫠 PH is a lead MACHINE (for everyone else, haha) ✨Shaders and TSL absolutely rules I'm so grateful for all the support for my crazy ambitious thing 🙏

I've been using @thecosmos to gather inspiration for new experiments and explorations for a really long time - it such a fantastic platform Between that and my bookmarks, I feel like I've got a ton of material to work with What do you all use to gather inspiration?

Wow, only a couple of days left on the launch for fragments. 3 weeks goes by like nothing lately I was reading something about stress and why time seems to go by so fast these days. Definitely checks out 🫠

I've been trying really hard to lock in again after the great lock in at the end of 2025 and it's just not coming Gone through a few of these periods with different things over the years - what do you all do to try get some inspiration back?

This raymarching shader means a bit more to me now after the Destiny 2 news. What an amazing game! I've loved it the entire run (yes, even Curse of Osiris). Here is my humble tribute to the darkness 🫡 See you all starside again soon 🙇‍♂️ #tsl #threejs #destiny2

Noticed I'm getting _way_ more errors sending newsletters out recently. Not sure if it's something I can fix with my specific "setup" if you can call it that haha For now, just have to prune the list I guess 🫠
