Took me like 2 hours but I finally got Yukari Connect NEO running with EN-> JP translation which it then feeds into VOICEROID to read out. I need to figure out how to set the timing for sentence breaks because they're too long by default, as well as the usual output BS for use with Voicemeeter/OBS
