Senior production leader in the video games industry. Over the past 15 years I’ve contributed to 36 shipped titles across AAA and independent studios, helping teams align creative vision with production reality and deliver ambitious games.

Some folks have asked me what the immediate aftermath of a layoff looks like: Lots of questions and anxiety of course but it's important to not get bogged down in what happened. I've already had some project proposals and the future is a little brighter. Hopefully more to come!

🚨rare opportunity🚨 we now have some slots to offer self-publishing support for sick indie games (due to some delays for our games)!! we worked on games like CloverPit, Sledding Game, Carcass Clad, Vampire Survivors, Thronefall, Slots & Daggers etc info how we work below

This might be the best Xbox Showcase I've ever seen? Gears, Halo, Fable, all present and then on-top of that we also get looks at Metro 2039, State of Decay 3, Hellblade and tons more. Love it!

Summer Game Fest was one for the ages! It really delivered this year. I'm so pumped for my friends at Maverick Games, showcasing their first title I also can't wait to immerse myself in the world of Tyria once more for Guild Wars 3, but honestly, there were so many great games

A production audit is a diagnostic. It won't tell you what to build or whether your game is good. What it will tell you is where your project actually stands relative to what a publisher or investor would expect to see and how far that is from where you think you are. #indiedev #gamedev

A production audit isn't useful if you're already in a crisis. You already know something's wrong. It's also not the right move if funding conversations are still years away. There's a window where it actually makes sense, and it's narrower than people think. #indiedev #gamedev

Most devs I talk to know their features. Some know how long those features take. Almost none have checked whether their team actually has those hours available. Feature list plus time estimates means nothing until it's sitting next to your actual staff capacity. I recommending giving a go asap
