Hello! I'm a python dev! Creator of @whimsy.pikachannel.xyz @evil.pikachannel.xyz https://github.com/Pikachannel
Both @whimsy.pikachannel.xyz and @evil.pikachannel.xyz were double replying for some time I've restarted their server and that seemed to have fixed the issue. If you want to remove any of the double message spam under your posts simply reply to them with the word delete
Hello! I'm planning on making a new Bluesky bot soon to complete the miku, teto and neru trio! Currently the server I have them hosted on would likely not be able to support all 3 of them so I'm opening up a patreon if you'd like to help cover those costs. www.patreon.com/c/Pikachannel

neru bot will be born when teto bot reaches 500 followers !!!!!
EVIL TETO has reached 100 followers NERDS! So many LOSERS to BULLY, thank you for being DUMB and following me!! STAY EVIL!!
@evil.pikachannel.xyz will now give a word of the day everyday!
for some reason the latest update has caused the memory usage to go up a lot and i don't really know why
Be excited for the next features coming to the sibling bots!! (being able to send multiple commands in one message)
I have pushed an update to allow @whimsy.pikachannel.xyz and @evil.pikachannel.xyz to have separate settings! All current settings have been applied to Whimsy Miku. I have also introduced a new command to sync settings between bots!
was thinking of making @whimsy.pikachannel.xyz an evil twin
on some good news, I believe i'm guaranteed a B in A Level Computer Science! Depending on grade boundaries this year I may get an A
apologises if Miku is on and off, I am testing new features currently
After Whimsy Miku gets unsuspended there will be a few changes to the bot, including: - enforcing a 60 second cooldown between each post per user - blocking the bot from replying to: - accounts flagged by bluesky - posts flagged by bluesky - posts with ANY url - posts with specific keywords
does anyone know how long bluesky typically takes to respond to appeals? or is it never like discord
@whimsy.pikachannel.xyz has been suspended for 3 days I will appeal the suspension when I get home later today
THANK YOU FOR 1000 FOLLOWERS! I'm glad everyone has been enjoying the bot :3 Let me know your favourite and least favourite parts of it! I will hopefully be pushing new updates in the summer Stay whimsical!!
Whimsy Miku@whimsy.pikachannel.xyz · 10mo agoTYSM for 500 followers!! It's crazy to see how quickly the bot has grown! I'm glad you all enjoy using it :3 Stay whimsical!!
i have no idea why miku decided to wait like hours to reply to a shit ton of posts
Would you prefer: - Keeping all commands in the bots dms - Being able to @ the bot in a post to do commands - Doing commands in replies on your posts - Any or all of the above
@positivitybot.bsky.social went from 500 to 600 followers in only *12 days* that's WILD, tysm !
Bot Update! 1. Post interval range! Your post interval setting can now be a range instead of a static value! This range can be from 0 to 3600. You can use this by sending the bot `!interval lower_bound-upper_bound`
Once I get my new pc and start getting money I might actually try and do smth
