While I work on the raffle winner, here's Pulse!⭐ A friend gave me the idea of a terminally ill girl who became a vtuber. I built her around pulsar stars; dead stars that keep sending signals through space. Her streams became those signals, letting everyone know she was still LIVE. #digitalart #oc
