Two years ago I was honoured to be invited to the 80th anniversary commemorations of the massacre at Oradour-sur-Glane. I spoke live on France 2 as a result of my book about the people of the village being published in French, another real honour.

It was really interesting to talk to Diane de Vignemont about the parallels between events in Minneapolis and what happened in occupied France. This is a fascinating read.
