They/He - Just a weird art kid who became a weirder art adult

so I watched the latest Starkid musical, Cinderella's Castle!! had to draw a ton of fanart for it because it had this major 90s-animated-fantasy-movie-don-bluth-nightmare-fuel vibe which I had to do my best to capture you can watch it this halloween week btw!! 🎃

illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. Ella, the titular character, a young black girl with a shabby green and beige dress, caked in ash and dirt. She sings like a disney princess, of course illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. Ella's friends, a walking, talking toad knight in shining copper armour, made from the pots and pans she was told to cook him in, and his little squire- a tiny house mouse with a scrap of red fabric as a capeillustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. Ella's evil stepmother, a troll that wears the cobbled-together stolen skins of fair maidens to look like one, has a full figured purple outfit and a bright red "bob" haircut with a white streak, garrish makeup and red painted "claws". Ella holds a mirror up while she admires her true reflection, that of a gross troll monster.illustrations from the Starkid musical stageplay, Cinderella's Castle. The charismatic tricky narrator of the story, a wandering bard character somewhere between Peter Pan and Jareth from the Labyrinth, with wild hair and a chizeled jaw and an extremely open shirt lol

made these back when I was thinking about how much it suck to lose your glasses in a fantasy world filled with monsters and the potential dangers that would pose... (don't worry, she'll be fine)

digital illustration of a young woman on all fours searching the muddy floor of a dried stream for her glasses that are mangled and cracked a few feet away from her, rests against a muddy slop. Behind her, something stands silhouetted in in the woods whose attention has been caught by the woman.digital illustration of a large corvid-like monster in a hooded cloak pouring tea from a kettle for the young women with a toothy smile. They are in the monster’s cabin and the woman is blissfully unaware of the corpses hanging by the fire thanks to fragrant drying herbs.

getting kicked out of the club for playing my sickest mix (britney spears "Baby One More Time" but i've dubbed over "one more time" with Bernard Hill as King Theoden of Rohan saying "one last time" from his call to sound the horn of Helm Hammerhand before riding out against the forces of Saruman)
