⭐ CHALLENGE COMPLETE ⭐ Run every day in January! No shorter than 4km and once a week one attempt over 10 miles. Plus a big diet change: 6 days a week, only 3 small meals, no snacks. Jan 1st I was 16 stone. Today I'm 15 stone! I'll try to keep the diet up, but my runs will now include break days.
