I have finished circumnavigating Lake Michigan ( by land) I am pleased to report that it is, indeed, a lake!
Was part of a multi-person snapping turtle road rescue today! Lots of people stopped, wanting to help. traffic backed way up. Finally one dude knew what to do and grabbed him by the tail, gently transferring him to the side. everyone clapped and cheers. Needed to see that i think, lol.
