So currently im a Lead, which means im a supervisor when they need me to (rarely), but this position would make it be all the time. I just checked my schedule for the next 2.5 weeks and im scheduled as a supervisor for 11/13 of em The posting isnt closed until the 31st Whats goin on here

My motivation to grow and heal is the absolute most Leo coded shit you can imagine. If i fix all my problems, then i achieve perfection 😎 And we all know perfection doesnt exist, so it becomes a never ending cycle of self improvement

This damn supervisor posting wants a resume for some reason and im peeved because i dont have one and really dont want to make one... Especially since i wanna turn it in when i go in for my shift tomorrow so i gotta do it tonight... Like right now... ugh.

On the flip side, my mom has posted 5 times since i did all this 2 days ago now, and hasnt interacted or messaged me. I dont know if shes even seen it but if she has, that would mean she chose not to interact or anything, which would kinda suck.
