I don't usually share my #wordle results, but this one actually made me laugh 😄 I obviously got very lucky, this has nothing to do with skill.

I made a thing: plagiatus.itch.io/the-button Do you remember "the button" from reddit a few years ago? This is that, but meant to be played together at a physical location with a big red button in front of it. 😄
Decided not to go with the joints solution for #ProjectFlipDot for now. I tried a different method to print two-colored dots and it worked out a lot better this time. I also fixed the mistake I made with v6 concerning the flip size. Yay. I also did some first electronics tests, but without success.
Since I need to combine two differently colored parts to be able to properly print them, I've also done some tests for joints. It was sort of successful, but I'm not that happy with the results. Will need some more tinkering.
Participated in the #GGJ2026 with an amazing team. I think it turned out well and you should definitely play it! 😉 globalgamejam.org/games/2026/j... We have a browser version available that probably even runs well on your mobile device 😎

I've upgraded my toolset for #ProjectFlipDot. Thanks #tinkercad for the quick and easy tools, but I've decided to switch to @freecad.org for now. v4 was still too tight, so was v5, but I think I've now figured out what the issue was so I can proceed to fix it in v6.
v3 of #ProjectFlipDot. I like the one closed off side, but the other side is still too tight and too flimsy at the same time. I also tried printing it in 2 colors, as the final product would be, too. Baseplate was really bad, so I resorted to making it white and painting it black with a sharpie.
v2 of #ProjectFlipDot is 2 steps forward, 1 step back. I made the dot modules tileable and tightened the flip guide, but I overshot on that regard and now the dot requires a lot more force to be flipped. Promisingly there doesn't seem to be any bleeding between the magnets.
Off to a good start with #ProjectFlipDot. v1 shows it's generally feasible. Next up: making it tileable and check if the magnets interfer.
For an art project of mine I need a flip dot display. Unfortunately they are near impossible to come by, let alone in an affordable manner, or in the correct size. Thus in the new year I'm starting #ProjectFlipDot - my attempt to make my own affordable flip dot display.
Took part in the #BrackeysGameJam with the team and created Biscuit's Bills, a Clicker / Gambling game about a bakery, a casino and a sick dog. The comments say that it's quite fun for a clicker game, so you should definitely check it out 😉 plagiatus.itch.io/biscuits-bills

Just finished #MarioWonder and the finale was a sight to behold! Loved every second of it. Bowser sure knows how to put on a good show!
Updated both the Stat Book #datapack and the Restart Redstone one. The later now also has a neat whitelist feature.
For reasons mostly out of my control I decided to redo my website - this time myself and from scratch, because I can't be arsed to use #Wordpress anymore. It's just a static page anyways, so I might as well.
Sneak preview for the next #tunnelrats update. Update 1.1 will target MC 1.21.5 for now - maybe also 1.21.6 if mojang didn't break too much. But unfortunately it's not just an MC update I need to work on for the next update... 😉
Board Games Weekend. Playing lots of cool new games. You might recognize this one from somewhere else...
Finally tackling the 1.21.5 update for #tunnelrats. Isn't it fun to update your maps after they were broken? 😩😅
My Vanilla #Timber datapack was (finally) updated to 1.21.5 today. It was not only a compatibility update, it also brought diagonal block checks for trees like acacia or jungle and added Mangrove Roots to the blocks you can use Timber on. Get it here 👉👉 modrinth.com/datapack/tim...
I felt like trying something new - have a look at my first prototype of a #minecraft -y take of the classic #breakout game. Don't worry, I'm still working on the new #tunnelrats update as well.
Wait what? You can now play games on YouTube directly? And why do they mostly look like crap?
After a week of #GDC2025 I'm very exhausted but very grateful to have had this opportunity. Met lots of cool people, learned lots of cool things, saw lots of cool stuff! (There is so much going on! Attached is the event schedule for just Thursday afternoon. And don't forget about the Expo Hall!)
It does have a certain charm to it. Even me, who very much prefers small towns over big cities, can see that. #GDC2025
Arrived in San Francisco for #GDC yesterday, my first time in America. I'm really excited to be here and to meet people and to try the food and and and... Let me know if you got a recommendation of what to do and especially where to eat!
Alrighty then - here is the result of this careful refactor. So far it's untested, but since I changed it everywhere I can start testing now. Wish me luck....
I've been thinking about streaming 🎥 my #mapmaking process - at least for the public projects. Figured I could start right now. Realized I am doing a big rewrite of the storage structures atm that not only requires all my attention but is probably also super boring to watch 😆 #indiegamedev
Why did nobody tell me that I can write my own type definitions for #DHP? This is a #gamechanger for my mapmaking process, especially in data heavy projects! Thank you merak48763 on the Spyglass Discord Server, you just made updating my project a lot better! 💚
Phew. I realized earlier today that I didn't look into my Plagiatus email inbox for over half a year. I just finished going through those dozens of emails and replying to all of them. For most of them my reply will be too late, but maybe it still helped some of them.
I finally got around to updating my timber enchantment #datapack to #minecraft 1.21.2 and above. 🌳🌲🪓 It also finally makes it so it works as you'd expect: Breaking the block triggers the effect, not just clicking it. Check it out here: modrinth.com/datapack/tim...
Been a busy boy today and added a lot of stuff to a new (but still kinda secret) side project related to #tunnelrats
