First question I've ever tried with meta.ai - what are the top news headlines in the UK. Answers very wrong based on old info (wrong prime minister for example, despite correctly stating today's date). Not good as a general consumer-oriented chat interface.

Seems like the closest Labour have been to Reform in a poll for a while. But having returned to work this week and thinking about polling again, it seems to me that trying to work out where any of this will be in 6 months time, never mind by the next election is not the best use of time.

Taking a step back, such as statement by the US President on NATO would have been considered the absolute worst case about a year ago. It reads like Trump is just one sentence away from declaring the US no longer regards itself bound to mutual defence in NATO.

I condemn #Iran's attacks on those not directly involved... yet at the same time I do get they face an existential threat.. I wish for regime change, yet can't stop feeling that the fact US/Israel attacked was fundamentally wrong, at least whilst in negotiations and without stronger evidence

Brexit: So much work. So much time. So many resources. So much red tape. And yet so little progress. In fact, just relentless loss, risk and failure. It’s so mind-numbingly tedious. And no one who did this damage is ever held to account. But god they make a fuss about fixing it.

Surprised the contactless limit is going up — since there is no second factor security. I see many banks are not permitting this. IMO makes sense. Apple Pay/Google wallet are fine as they are much more secure (ie biometrics etc) and already don’t have a mandated limit.
