it's the "Pixel Art" preset brush in Krita! although the default doesn't use pen pressure so mine is tweaked. It's what I use for pretty much 99% of my art. (i've done some shitty dithering and airbrushing too lol...). also i need to update my pinned soon it's kinda ass now LOL
