when you start work at the desk and then move to the couch and then babycat is on the futon so you move to the futon for parallel play and then you wake up 3.5 hours later, sweaty and parched from the cat furnace and with your watch imprint on your face

i dont even think most of this is self-aware for ww. does he know he was flirting w/ vash?? unlikely; he was compelled from his actual heart 🤦‍♂️ (WHICH IS WHY IT WORKS). "why did i say that" he really doesnt know he just knows he licked the battery without thinking and now he's electrified around vash

i do love to play with wolfwood yearning during 2 years of searching for vash, but i also love that he really didn't know vash that well at that point, just a general impression and affinity alignment, and it's clear his search is bc vash is his help me obi-wan kenobi youre my only hope; so i like to imagine part of him is like 🤦‍♂️ i cant believe i have to hunt down that hot outlaw i flirted with like a total freak at the bus 🤦‍♂️ "im glad to see you smile for real at me, i was worried bc your smile had been so empty it hurt to look at" WHY DID I SAAYY THAAATT??? 😫🫠 maybe he wont remember me....[flashes back to vash buying him lunch right after ww panicked into a sweaty, painfully awkwardly laugh] UGH HES TOTALLY GOING TO REMEMBER ME. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ so he spends the 2 years like "okay just--eye on the prize, wolfwood, it doesnt matter, you've got a mission, you're just a blip on his radar. you can play it cool when you meet again. yes he's vash the stampede but he's also just some guy 😤" and then he sees vash easily discard his pride and take an underhanded hit to save lina etc and its clear vash DOES remember him and ww is immediately. "☺️ i finally found you ☺️" like a DUMMY and its the bus all over again 🤦‍♂️ thus really begins his "can you just get it together" struggle over vash in a multitude of ways

it was 102F and then there was a massive storm and it dropped to 72F in 30 mins but the humidity has gone from from 66% to 90% in an equally short timespan and its not even raining anymore and my body is turning inside out while smothered in the devil's swamp as well as torn apart by a gravity well
