Directly ater the first coffee break today (Tuesday 11:30) @isbe2026.bsky.social I'll present how group size can increase among-individual variation. Come by, if you want to see some cool applied game theory!

Excited to share that our preprint is now available! 🐦🐛 We explore individual variation in dietary specialisation using DNA-metabarcoding and field based analysis of personality and competition. Go have a look!

Have you heard of the impact-and-responsiveness model? It's a way to quantify individual differences in social interactions. Curious how it works, performs across study designs, and compares to other approaches? Check out our paper (also the first chapter of my PhD) 👇 doi.org/10.1093/jeb/voag013

The thesis is in! ☺️ Today, I offically submitted my PhD thesis about fluctuating selection, personality and dietary specialisation. Feeling grateful for the support, collaboration, and inspiration from so many people ♥️🐦. I’ll really miss these little guys, but am excited for what comes next.

I haven't seen any starter packs made for behavioral ecology yet, so I decided to create one! If you are a behavioral ecologist (any career stage), please reply so I can add you to the list so we can more easily find each other. go.bsky.app/9mAuB6x
