It's crazy to me that there's still several big companies that requires you to create a separate, unrelated account for support with no connection to you. Anyone can do it to impersonate you. Discord, DeviantArt, ... Steam had that in the past, but now you use your actual account for support.

I am confused about #ArtFight The goal is to draw other people's characters as attacks. But the TOS says: "You will not submit content that is copyrighted - copyrighted content includes referencing" Referencing is a violation of the TOS? When you have to reference a person's character in your art?

I sometimes see people who make digital art say "I draw at 3k by 3k pixels at 300 dpi". dpi means nothing when you have defined the exact number of pixels. You can print this at any dpi. A higher dpi for an artwork of 3k by 3k pixels will not look better, it will not change anything about it.

I don't get Disney; they spend time renaming films and characters for different regions, re-recording lines for the different versions; even changing the appearance of characters for different regions and getting new actors. But never would they redo parts to metric, which would actually be useful.

How is printing a US thing only still to this day? Printing is a global thing, yet everyone must do as they do in USA. Want to print on an A4? The standard is 2480,3 by 3507,8 pixels. Why not 12 px/mm at 2520 by 3564 pixels?

Sadly Twitch changed something so versions prior to Streamerbot 1.0 is no longer supported, and I now have to upgrade. It makes me just feel old; the new version is slow, bloated, big elements for touchscreen, bad contrast, and only made for the US maket despite being from Canada.

I decided to go to Twitch Dashboard: Monetisation > Community and had a look at what the text says about when the leaderboards resets for each language, and it was quite interesting. A few actual errors, and a lot not optimal. Best would be to let the streamer pick their timezone & time for reset.

The standard dialogue is: "dialogue", manner person "Hello!", shouted person I don't like this, because I have to jump ahead to figure out how it is said, and by who, so I can then read the dialogue properly in my head. It really should be more like: person manner "dialogue" Am I alone in this?

Spyro-Marathon over ... 40 hours 40 minutes of gameplay. Got through 8 games and halfway through the 9th. Gathered 77 moons (I'll count it as 80 ^^) I got a new design and theme, we'll have new art and I'll try to upgrade to 3D. I'm happy with all of this ^^

First day of my event, and we achieved 11 moons so far, with 17:35:31 left on the clock. Progress so far is that I beat the final boss of Spyro 1 and 2, and got 78 % towards final boss in Spyro 3. I'll leave it up to chat to now decide what I have to draw, after this event :3
