Duolingo having a section on describing injuries directly followed by a section about participating in sports is low-key funny and accurate to my experience. Better to go in knowing how to say I’m hurt and how bad.

I can’t believe I actually feel bad for Lakers fans today. I mean all owners have baggage but this flat out stinks. This league likes to pretend they have standards but we should know by now they only ‘ do the right thing ‘ when it lines up with their bottom line.
Also I think it’s really sweet that the developers of Pokemon made a kind of Souls game with training wheels. It will be a good entry point for young players and people like me with poor reflexes.

The kids online seem to want to dump on it for not being super difficult but that’s actually nice in my opinion. It’s doing some of the FromSoft stuff except I haven’t died 30 times learning how to perfect dodge and parry an early boss.

You know who rules? fuvk rules. They just released a pay what you can album on Bandcamp Friday and I missed it at first. One of my favorite artists who also just seems to shadow drop everything. A melange of pop, folk, and hip hop sensibilities blended beautifully.
I can’t make the WIDOWSPEAK show in Denver next week but I can honor my album of the summer by buying *another new t-shirt.
