Good news: Spain Supreme Court upholds an injunction brought by a challenge from the government against Valencia’s anti-trans laws passed last year. They have yet to rule on the constitutionality of the laws but acknowledge they cause significant harm.

This may seem "good" but I'm worried this is a trial balloon because there are regs that allow it for CS arrears. Also preventing escape is concerning.
