I went no contact with my family 7 years ago. Today I found out my grandfather died 3 days ago. It's astounding how I don't feel anything at all. Grief? Sadness? Nothing. I have no emotional connection with them except seeing them as a threat to my safety.

It's a déjà rêvé - "already dreamed" commonly associated with seizures. It hit me twice today and it completely knocked me off my feet. It's an incredibly horrifying experience and all I felt were my nightmares. NO doctor even MENTIONED something like that can happen. Fuck the neurologists here.

Each one felt like every single nightmare and disturbing dream I had in my life condensed into 2 minutes. With fear that goes beyond any fear I felt in my life before. Neat.
My bad for thinking I can put 3hrs long Obscure Lore of Adventure Time video on yt as background noise for work. Now Im regretting not making notes because I feel like Im getting lost every 5 mins. 🤷 And I was pretty confident about my Adventure Time trivia.
