"Love Me For Who I Am" (FukaBoku) was fine, but I can't help but feel like manga with transgender characters try to do this "cheat code" where their cast are depicted as androgynously and prepubescently as possible, to make them look more palatable in contrast to most's lived experiences.

The ending to "I Wanna Be Your Girl" sucks ass. Why is it that in most romance manga involving transfem characters, they get sidelined at the end. Not many manga about trans characters get licensed in English and most of them have these asterisks...

I'm reading that Anemone yuri manga and just got to the end of Volume 3, since it came out officially in English, and it ends with them becoming girlfriends. ...there are six more volumes of this series left, which begs the question as to how the author is even able to drag it out for that long.

Two decades after the last Magical DoReMi magical girl TV anime, we're getting a sequel net short anime!

I only just realized that today the Railgun manga finally concluded, and the arc it finished with...is *snicker* a flashback that took two years in real time. Meaning we basically haven't seen Saten, Uiharu, or Kongo in like a long while. I enjoyed the series at times but it definitely made choices.
