On The View, soccer champ Megan Rapinoe brought attention to the dangers of WA's I-638, the most extreme MAGA measure of its kind in the US. "It's more than just a couple of trans kids being able to participate in youth sports. It's an attack on women." Vote NO on I-638 this November. #NoHateWAState
As Megan Rapinoe writes, I-638 "will drive thousands of girls out of sports because their parents cannot afford the necessary testing or refuse to submit their daughters to genital inspections." We must vote NO on WA's harmful initiative, I-638, this November. #NoHateWAState
Anti-Trans Legislation Isn't About "Protecting Girls"—It's About Distracting Us From What Matters
"If we really cared about safety and fairness in sports, we’d be breaking down barriers facing girls at every level," writes Megan Rapinoe.

With the end of this policy, patients in Idaho can once again get their care at Planned Parenthood covered by Medicaid. Because Hawai‘i and Washington stepped in to fill the gap left by loss of federal Medicaid dollars, the end of the federal ban doesn’t change access for patients in these states.
The federal policy that blocked patients on Medicaid from getting care at Planned Parenthood has expired. What this means depends on where you live. But one thing is true everywhere: We’ve always been here for patients, and we’ll always keep working to protect and expand your access to care.
SCOTUS upheld Idaho's trans sports ban today, on the last day of Pride Month. Attacks on trans rights and abortion access come from the same playbook: control disguised as "protection." We're not falling for it.
Supreme Court lets states block trans athletes from women's and girls' sports
The Supreme Court ruled against two transgender athletes who sued their states to be allowed to participate in sports alongside other girls and women.

A federal judge just blocked Idaho’s law criminalizing transgender people’s bathroom access. We welcome this preliminary injunction blocking this discriminatory law and support all efforts to see it permanently defeated. We’ll keep working tirelessly to hold legislators accountable.
