If the referee was only allowed to view footage at real-time speed, Folarin Balogun would not have received the red card. The only reason that red card was given was because the referee was able to slow the footage down to the point that the (possible) foul looked more serious. Change the protocol.

The officiating crew definitely has money riding on Bosnia-Herzegovina. Sending Adams off for a head injury after he was run into by an opposing player is not normal. It's not even close to normal.
