I was young, I’d just started to make money and spend money: on clothes, cars, the things we all do when you’re not really aware. I was pitching low. I felt embarrassed, ashamed, but I left with a lesson in humility and affection. “Mikel was the first player who showed me that I was important to him, that I mattered. He demonstrates real care, if not through a hug. Arsenal are internally discussing if we should pursue Vini Jr move further or not, this is not a reflection on player or club finances but purely concerns around if "The Arsenal app" can handle the traffic or not. 🔴⚪

One underappreciated aspect of the Vini Jr. saga is that he's highly conscious of his brand. He wants to keep building it, so he must be considering the consequences of leaving on bad terms with the Madrid fan base too, if he leaves.
