The worst kind of anxiety is when you have that pit in your stomach while its empty. Like I'm feeling like I'm going to throw up but I would basically be "hurling" air. I dont wanna feel this way rn, not on my fiances birthday.

Update; Went to one of my therapy appointments. Long story short; between things that happened IRL as well as shit online, I am basically an active danger to myself. And my schizoaffective DID worsen as well as my depression and anxiety. So yeah...fun stuff really.
