as an animator i can't stress enough how important it is to take breaks and do activities that DON'T involve drawing read a book, watch a movie, play a game, learn how to knitt. you'd be surprised how quickly your creative juices get replenished by just enjoying yourselves

only 4 hours into Pragmata and the thing i like most is the subversion of Hugh being the 'grumpy old guy taking care of and warming up to the little kid' character trope and instead just being a chill guy and great father figure to Diana despite stating he doesn't want any kids pretty refreshing
sometimes i'll have doubts on what i'm working on and whether or not anyone will even care. but then i'll have 20 minute conversations with someone about said topic and they're genuinely interested in hearing what i have to say that helps motivate me. it's the little things that help
